Chapter 6: Customer Accounts
In this chapter:
6.1: Order Status
Once an order has been placed, the merchant may update the status of the customer's order. Order status as well as order history is displayed on the "statuspage" template.
To modify an order's status, enter the invoice number on this page. When the order is displayed, you may change the status of the order by selecting from the drop down list.
